By accessing and using Heicflip ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Heicflip is a free, browser-based tool that converts HEIC image files to JPG format. All file processing occurs locally on your device. No files are uploaded to or stored on our servers.

Use of the Service

You may use Heicflip for personal and commercial purposes. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Service. You are solely responsible for the content of the files you convert and must have the right to process those files.

Intellectual Property

The Heicflip name, logo, website design, and original content are the property of Heicflip and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of the Service without prior written permission.

No Warranty

Heicflip is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that converted files will meet your specific requirements. We make no warranty regarding the quality, accuracy, or reliability of any output produced by the Service.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Heicflip and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service (which is zero, as Heicflip is free).
